Random Sustainability Stuff
Victoria's Dockside Green has set a new standard in LEED construction, scoring 63 of a possible 69 points. That's the highest ever recorded. Last year, my Council colleague Charlie Fox and I had the opportunity to meet Dockside Green architect Joe van Bellegham and see his plan. I was amazed by his vision and am excited to see it panning out. Victoria doesn't even treat its sewage, yet now there is a LEED Platinum residential complex there.
