South Fraser OnTrax was only created some few months ago I believe by Joe & Nathan Pachal who were formerly with VALTAC until they broke away and formed their own transportation advocacy group. This meeting had 13 people in attendance and Joe told me that they had a mailing list of approximately 50 plus people.
