Judge playing dictator over Insite, say Chinese Canadian 'advocates'
I heard some most ridiculous comments from Chinese community advocates yesterday (some claim to be justice, others claim to be anti-drug) on their opinions of the a recent BC Supreme Court's ruling. The court decides that safe injection site Insite should be treated as a health care facility, and thus, shouldn't fall under the jurisdiction of the federal government.
