Dangerous Offenders Finally Transferred to Actual Prisons

The nine dangerous offenders left over in the Ferndale minimum security prison have been transferred to higher security institutions. You know, one's with actual walls.
The fact that they were there in the first place, when as dangerous offenders they are a clear danger to the public is shameful enough. The fact that they remained there for another month after serial rapist and convicted murderer Blane MacDougal escaped is downright criminal.
MacDougal is still on the loose, and another, Roger Morris, also a convicted killer, walked off about a week after he watched MacDougal do it so damn easily.
Finally there is some respect for the dangerous offender label, as it is really only applied to those that will be a serious danger to the public if ever released.
The BC Government and Attorney General Wally Oppal should really be held accountable for the policies that allowed these men to be placed here in the first place, and then for the inaction that allowed at least one, if not both escape.
