How much wine could you buy for $1 million?
Langley RCMP figure about 1,388 cases of it after a thief made off with a stolen semi-truck and trailer full of wine early Sunday morning.
The truck was stolen from 9807 - 196A Street in Langley sometime between 3 and 7 a.m. and police have been on the lookout for the rig since.
The truck is described as a white 2006 Peterbilt with 3d Transport Ltd. printed on the side.
While the truck and trailer are worth about $120,000 on their own, the contents of the trailer are worth much more.
Police estimate that 1,388 cases of wine are worth up to $1 million.
Anyone with information regarding the stolen truck and wine are asked to call Langley RCMP at 604-532-3200.
