RCMP : Missing Vancouver Man Kellen McElwee Likely Dead

Homicide investigators concede that Kellen McElwee is most likely dead as his family posted a $30,000 reward for the recovery of his remains Thursday.
McElwee, 25, was last seen leaving a Langley restaurant March 19.
His car was found a week later abandoned in Burnaby.
Police and McElwee's family have held up hope that he's still alive, but the Integrated Homicide Investigation Team say the outlook is bleak.
“IHIT have received information that indicates the missing Burnaby man, Kellan McElwee, has met with foul play,” RCMP released.
The reward is being offered for anyone that provides information that leads to the recovery of McElwee's remains.
All information must be given directly to a police officer or by calling IHIT's tip line at 1-877-9217.
